A Little History

The HMCS Columbia was built by Burrard Shipyards.

 It's final resting place is about 300m of Maud Island

 just outside of Campbell River B.C.. It is one of 

several successful projects undertaken by the 

Artificial Reef Society of B.C.  Three cheers for 

 these people as they have developed  year round diving

 sites   in otherwise frozen Canada.
