Diving Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico is a Spanish speaking Island in the eastern caribbean that belongs to the United States. The diving varies from shallow reef dives that can be accessed from the beach to deep wrecks that can be reaced only by boat. Due to the Atlantic Ocean the water can sometimes get quite rough on the windward side though the protected Leaward side is usually calmer.
